NUTRITION POLICY 2008/2009

With regards to the recent concern of nutrition in schools, Pouce Coupe Elementary School will strive to align with the nutritional recommendations put forth by the Northern Health Authority.

Pouce Coupe Elementary School will promote nutritious, healthy foods in our once a week Hot Lunch Program.

The majority of the food items we offer to students will come from the "serve most" list of foods. The remainder of the food items we offer will come from the "serve sometimes" list of foods.
