With the shortage of casual bus drivers, bus routes may be cancelled for a single day or longer depending on the circumstances. The Transportation Department will try to limit these instances; however, there may be times when a cancellation is unforeseeable and cancelled on short notice. The Transportation Department does not directly notify families when this happens; therefore it is important to check the bus notifications daily to ensure your bus in running on schedule. Please check the bus notification tab on the school district website for daily information, or call the bus info line at 250-782-1061, or subscribe to text alerts for up to date busing information.
