About Us

Tremblay Elementary School is a Kindergarten to grade 7 school located in Dawson Creek, BC. We are a Fine Arts and Athletics specialty school of approximately 155 students. Fine Arts and Athletics are offered both as part of Focus Groups and as part of our afterschool programming.

At Tremblay Elementary, the social-emotional development of children is a strong focus. There is a recognition that self-regulation and strong connections to adults and peers contributes to success.

The school’s professional staff includes a Principal, a Vice-Principal, Learning Assistance teacher, Teacher-Librarian, Coach-Mentor and classroom teachers. A Family Support Worker also connects students and families to community services. Educational Assistants work with students and teachers both in and out of the classroom.

The school offers many resources for students and families, including a free breakfast program offered to all students, and hot lunch that is available for purchase on a daily basis.
