Re: Kindergarten Start Schedule
Kindergarten Families,
The first day of school is September the 3rd. On or before the 2nd you will be getting a phone call from your child’s teacher to schedule a visit to the classroom for the first day (September 3rd). These visits will happen in 15 minute blocks, so you may ask questions and to get to see the classroom alongside your child. You will be visiting the classroom along with one or two other families. You will be coming for the 15 minute block on the 3rd at your scheduled time between 9:00am and 2:40pm. Your child will only be coming during your 15 minute block on this day.
On September the 4th, 5th, and 8th (Thursday, Friday, and Monday consecutively) your child will be attending school on ONE of these days and remain home for the other two. The day they attend will be a full day of school, so remember to send your child with a lunch kit, snack, indoor shoes, etc. Your child’s teacher will contact you to arrange which day your child will be attending.
The first full day of school for all Kindergarten students will be Tuesday September 9th.
