The Active Alert was cancelled by the RCMP at 6:45 pm ending the lockdown and secure and hold at Tumbler Ridge Secondary and Tumbler Ridge Elementary Schools.

The District is are aware of a lockdown and secure and hold at Tumbler Ridge Secondary and Tumbler Ridge Elementary schools. We are asking people to have patience as we work with the RCMP.
Erase is all about building safe and caring school communities. This includes empowering students, parents, educators and the community partners who support them to get help with challenges, report concerns to schools, and learn about complex issues facing students.
