The Transportation Department is migrating to new routing and planning software. The new software (Traversa) automates many previous manual processes including tracking and managing fleet operations, dispatching and assignment of tasks to drivers, real-time notice of interruption of routes, and attendance tracking.
In September 2025, students will be issued an RFID card which will be swiped by the student when loading and unloading. This will improve service, safety, communication and efficiency for students, drivers and Transportation Department administration.
